Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Prices

Offered are ex-Hyderabad works as per the prevailing rates of Taxes. However, any increase in these or any other duties/ levies as applicable on the date of dispatch shall be borne by the buyer.

2. Payment terms

50% Advance along with Purchase Order, 50% Balance prior to dispatch. These terms are absolute and independent of any other parameters/ changes. Goods will be despatched only upon receipt of full payment as per the Proforma Invoice against each consignment.

3. Delivery period

As mentioned on the Quotation. This period is given in good faith on the premise and assurance of best efforts, and commences from the date of receipt of all of the following:
(a) Purchase Order  (b) Advance payment  (c) Confirmation of layout &colour scheme

4. Transportation & Local levies

(a) For outstation projects, buyer to be responsible for any local state levy/ documentation/ permit/ statutory requirement.
(b) Kindly allow a few days after balance payment to organize transport and other logistics.
(c) Reimbursement of costs towards transportation and transit insurance of goods, as well as travel, lodging & boarding of our personnel to the buyer’s site will be extra, payable by the buyer.

5. Imported items

Prices are subject to adverse currency fluctuation, and the delivery period* is subject to order consolidation; both to be confirmed at the time of order placement. Further, there could be delays beyond our control, like shipping or customs clearance.

6. Interest Payment

In case of delay in releasing the balance payment, interest will be charged @ 2% per month on the balance amount, commencing from date of invoice until date of payment receipt.

7. Alterations/Variations

No alterations or variations of the order and/ or condition of sale made by the buyer shall be binding unless agreed in writing.

8. Cancellation

Since the goods are customised as per buyer's specific requirement, the order once placed cannot be cancelled.

9. Delayed Lifting

In case of the buyer’s inability to lift the ordered materials beyond a period of 20 days from the date of intimation of readiness of goods, all balance payments must be settled right away and arrangements for storage made. In case goods are to be stored by us, warehousing charges will be levied for storage of goods @ 0.25 % per week or part thereof of order value.

10. Colour

Actual colours & shades may differ from appearance in catalog and website; colour is subject to confirmation and availability at time of order placement. Fabric being a bought-out item, could display minor shade variations from approved sample.

11. Specifications

In our constant endeavour to improve and upgrade our products, specifications and dimensions are subject to change; and may be verified at time of order placement.

12. Transfer of Title

The property or title of the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the respective invoices & debit notes have been settled in full.

13. Unloading Goods

Buyer to ensure careful unloading of the goods at site.

14. Site conditions

Buyer to ensure that the site where the goods are unloaded is in good and dry condition to prevent damage to the goods.

15. Protection & Custody

We are not liable for any losses/ damage/ pilferage occurring during storage of goods at the client’s site. Goods once delivered to site will be under the custody and responsibility of the buyer.

16. Force Majeure conditions

Deliveries are subject to Force Majeure conditions.

17. Jurisdiction

No alterations or variations of the order and/ or condition of sale made by the buyer shall be binding unless agreed in writing.
